Activities which are included in the week programme and Schedule:
Daily Core Activities
1) Horseback riding
2) Mountain biking
3) Canoeing
4) Rafting
5) Sports Competition/Wilderness Olympic games
6) Rock-climbing and abseiling
7) Hiking
8) Skiing at Torsby indoor Ski Tunnel
Optional excursions on request at additional costs
9) An evening-hiking and stay overnight in a Laplander tent.
10) A Moose- and Wilderness-safari by bus
11) A day in the Forrest with cutting trees, building a hut and living for a day in nature
12) 1-2 days canoeing with overnight in a tent
All optional excursion activities include a meal prepared over a campfire.
In most cases the students will participate in the cooking and also in making the campfire.

This schedule can be amended dependent on the number of clients and groups

All activities are carried out within a half hour coach drive from the main Hotel.
The final evening will be used to meet clients with the organisers for group feedback.
Travel Schedule
Airline
Sunday to Sunday travel from London Stanstead Airport to Oslo Norway with Ryan Air, this is a 2 hour flight and coach transfers are
arranged from Oslo to Värmland, Sweden which is a three hour trip. Please note clients must make their own flight arrangements with
Ryan Air.
Coach Transfers
Coach transfers will be arranged to transfer clients from Oslo airport to the Hotel in Ekshärad, Värmland which is a three hour drive
from the airport on the main motor way.
Hotel
Wermlandia Hotel, Ekshärad, Sweden
The Hotel is based in the county of Varmland, which is 100 km from Oslo - Norway and 250 km from Stockholm-Sweden. The Hotel is located
in a quite peaceful area with 60 bedrooms all en-suites on 10 acres of land. It has a tennis court a school size gym and a school size
swimming pool and meets all Swedish health and safety standards and is trading as a 3 star hotel, managed by Swedish staff.
Food
Full Board based on three meals a day will be provided to all clients from the Hotel kitchen.
Total Cost per person, for week relaxation including 8 core activities, excluding airline travel, but including accommodation
and coach transfers based on full board: 600 pounds per person.
No single room supplements for week activity trip apply.
